- All coffee is roasted to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be roasted, packed, and shipped.
- Merchandise and non-coffee items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- We ship domestically within the United States and internationally.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
- International orders may take longer to arrive depending on your location and local customs processes.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.
Subscriptions
- Subscription coffees are roasted and shipped automatically according to your chosen frequency.
- You can update your address, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
- Please make any changes at least 96 hours before your next scheduled roast date to ensure they apply to the upcoming shipment.
Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm details and arrange reshipment.
- Once a package has been passed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, postal service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
